About Shale Oak

Just off Highway 46 on Oakdale Road in Paso Robles, our LEED Gold Certified tasting room and sustainable landscape offers an outdoor oasis to try our award-winning eco-friendly blends, and single varietals crafted in limited quantities by our winemaker, Curtis Hascall. We are a dog-friendly facility.
